Meet Amba

Hi, I’m Amba — coach, consultant, and fellow traveler on the path of regenerative leadership.

For over two decades, I’ve worked in the field of human trafficking — from direct service to executive leadership. This work lives at the crossroads of structural injustice and deep personal trauma. It is demanding, vital, and incredibly complex. And I know firsthand the cost when we ask leaders to carry these burdens without adequate support, resources, or care.

I’ve seen the burnout. I’ve felt the weight. But I’ve also found another way.

What I’ve discovered — and now offer through Amba Coaching — is that true leadership transformation begins when we turn inward. When we learn to hold ourselves as we hold others. When we allow rest, renewal, and radical self-awareness to guide our work.

This coaching is a return. To self. To truth. To clarity. And to a way of leading that is deeply rooted, visionary, and sustainable.

Whether you're navigating a transition, healing from burnout, or dreaming a new path forward — I’m here to walk with you.

I bring over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Trafficking, spanning direct service to executive leadership, in organizations supporting homeless and exploited youth. I've lived the intensity of this work from the inside out. And I’ve witnessed how, too often, the very people leading the change are left depleted, disillusioned, and disconnected from their own well-being.

Today, I serve as a bridge: between lived wisdom and structural redesign, between trauma-informed insight and transformative leadership. My practice integrates deep somatic coaching, expanding possibility and vision, and energetic transformation work—designed not just to optimize impact, but to reimagine the how of change-making itself.

Through coaching and consulting, I help nonprofit leaders recode their identity—from overextended warriors to aligned, magnetic visionaries.

We don’t just solve problems—we elevate paradigms.

This work feels like a natural convergence point. The next era of social impact won’t be built through grind and martyrdom—it will be born through alignment, embodiment, and systems that honor the full humanity of everyone involved.
